In 2020, neighborhood resident and Shenkar Fashion Design graduate Hanna Gabay initiated a DIY costume sewing workshop, where she taught boys and girls from the area to sew their costumes for Purim. The workshop included eight sessions, in which the participants learned the process of making costumes – from design and planning to execution and actual sewing.
